This temple to Valkur doubles as a inn and tavern. Its operator, a grizzled sailor called Hooknose (CG hm P5/F7 [dual class, currently priest] ), is also a low powered worshipper of the God.
Many sailors coming in off of the Sea of Fallen Stars or setting out for such stop here for at least a short time.
This temple is relatively new, rising just 6 years ago when Hooknose retired.
